I have been having connectivity problems and i saw the notice you sent out to download the 1078 version which i did however when i logged in next, all my charts were gone so i started to create new ones. the historical daily chart for the es came up and set up just fine but i can't get any intra day charts at all.

The Open E Cry connectivity problems appear to have been resolved by OEC.

So you should be running the latest version of Sierra Chart. Update with Help >> Download Current Version.
