Hello, wondering what steps I need to take to map over the Micro Crude Oil product to the platform. recently launched today, does not show in the dropdown menu as an option. thx |

I am also interested in trading Micro Crude Oil from Sierra Chart. I have updated the symbols, I have seen one in "Futures -NYMEX" that says "Micro Crude Oil WTI - NYMEX" ( F.US.MCLE?## ), but I am not sure it is that one correct. I use AMP Global broker with CQG data. Can anyone confirm it? Thanks |

MCLE is the correct symbol for CQG for the new Micro Crude Oil WTI.

How do you update the symbols? Is it simply Global Settings/Symbol Settings then click update? Confirming I did it correctly. Also I ask since I do not see the Micro Crude after that and I am using Denali.

Mattc55 and ertrader: Make sure you have gone to Global Settings >> Symbol Settings and selected the button for Update from Server. Even if you have done it earlier today, please do it again now. Then select File >> Disconnect followed by File >> Connect to Data Feed. Then go to File >> Find Symbol and look for the symbol F.US.MCLE?## The F.US.MCL?## was a first pass at entering the information for CQG for that symbol, but then we found that CQG was using the symbol MCLE instead of just MCL, so we had to change it. It is not there for Denali... it might be for CQG but not Denali.

What do you mean by Denali? Denali is a data feed. It can be used with CQG or any other trading service, or used on its own. The differences in the symbols is dependent on the setting for File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service. If that is set to CQG, then the symbol to look for F.US.MCLE?##. If that is set to SC Data - All Services, then the symbol is MCL?##-NYMEX. In both cases, the symbol is available as long as you have updated your Symbol Settings recently. Yes..this is working now for me without an error on CQG order routing and Denali historical. Have not tested a trade yet.

Not there for me either and I've pressed "Update from server" and reconnected many many times. Denali/TT routing to Dorman.

Same, still not there. Updated symbol list from server, disconnected / re-connected, shut platform down/re-opened... it's not there.
