Is there a way to use the trading studies to flatten existing orders based on an alert condition? Also is there a way to select the attached order by name? If not could these options be added to the "trading System Based on Alert Condition" study? |

Is there a way to use the trading studies to flatten existing orders based on an alert condition? We will see if we can add a setting for this. Also is there a way to select the attached order by name? Do you mean setting this from the Trading System Based on Alert Condition study? Why not set the Attached Orders to use from the associated Trade Window for the chart?

Thank you. The flattening of orders based on alert condition is most important to me. To answer your question, there are times that I use at least two "trading based upon alert condition studies" based on the signals and market conditions where i would like to use different targets and stops based upon the alert different alert type. Without being able to specify the order name one has to use the same settings especially when back testing and when leaving on for automated trading. I don't have to have it, but it would be nice. a wish list item and not critical. |

This will be added to the next release: Is there a way to use the trading studies to flatten existing orders based on an alert condition?

Now if only SC could add this to the Trading System - Study Subgraph Crossover study as well, it would be a double win!
