no real time data, but no error message ... I am on version 2282 and service package 11 EUREX data FDAX Sep Future ... any suggestion what to do ... I can't find anything.

I uploaded a screenshot of my account management page ... I use ONE Denali feed and one system with IQFeed ... so why am I maxxed out, please? As it says 3 systems ... and let me add I sit alone in my office with 2 computers with one IP Date Time Of Last Edit: 2021-06-30 10:30:04

Ok we understand what the problem is. It is related to a change we just did with IQ Feed. However, you still should not be getting this error anyway. If you reconnect each of the instances of Sierra Chart you are running to the data feed that should resolve the: File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers In the IQ feed instance of Sierra Chart, set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds to No and reconnect to the data feed.
