Hi, I rolled over my daily chart of ZCN21 to ZCU21 contract. the chart did not keep ZCN21's historical data. see attached screen shots. Please advise on how to keep historical data of previous contract. It is a first time that such issue occurs. |

User189132: We do not understand how you are concluding that the historical data for the previous contract is not present. Based on the screenshots you provided we do not see any particular issue. The rollover would have occurred on June 28, 2021 and you have the data showing as expected. If you were expecting to see a price difference at the rollover, then the reason that is not present is because you have selected a Back-Adjusted Continuous Contract option. For more information on Back-Adjustments, refer to the following: Continuous Futures Contract Charts: Continuous Futures Contract - Date Rule Rollover, Back Adjusted For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

User209880: Your problem is that you are using the CQG data, and they do not provide the historical data for previous contracts. If you want to be able to see a Continuous Futures Contract, then you will need to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed for your data. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

If I'm already receiving data from my broker with CQG, to be able see historical introaday, that we do not have with CQG, do I need to subscribe with Denali only with $10? or I need totally to turn off my data subscription with my broker and to subscribe data with Sierra? if yes, I will not have data with CQG Desktop that I use with my mobile what to do, just to add Denali for $10/month and thats all? thank you |

You would need to pay for the Denali Exchange Data Feed Fee ($10.00 per month without multi-month discount) and then you would need to pay the Exchange Fee as well. If you have a need for the CQG data for other applications, then you would need to have both data feeds. but if I need just historical data, what reason to pay for real data twice? You do not have subscription just for extended historical data? thank you |

No, we do not have a subscription for just extended historical data. Our system expects that you get all your data from the one source, which would either be your trading service (CQG in this case) or from us.

It is only necessary to use Sierra Chart Service Package 10, 11 or 12 to have access to Sierra Chart Historical Daily data when using CQG. It is not necessary to pay for the exchange fee.
