Voice Alert Issue

Guys,

I have voice alerts that works well in my older laptop with SC version 2270.
Then I moved to a new laptop with settings copied from older computer to SC version 2281 but found my voice alerts not working well.

In the new laptop, the first word in voice alert is missing and somewhat hurried.

The first thing to check is if you play the .wav file outside of Sierra Chart and see if it plays correctly or not.

Then go to Global Settings >> General Settings >> Alerts / General 3 and test the sound file on that page and see if it is working properly there or not.
