I have been using 2265 with IB and with a moderate single SC quote page open IB is happy with that and I can see all prices on my IB page. I upgraded to 2280 and now no matter what I do my IB page will only show maybe less than half of the prices, the rest are ? marks. Disconnecting makes no difference, this usually fixed sparse quotes if more than one workspace was open. I went back to 2265 and my IB page is full of nice quotes and NO ? in price field. All I am using is a SC quoteboard with 30 symbols and 2 charts. This is a new problem and I know that there is a balancing between what SC can draw from IB but this is way beyond normal.

Can you get us an image of what you see in v 2280?

I did a shot of 2265 with single workbook open. kept IB open and did upgrade SC to 2280 here is shot of the same page. Then went down to 2268, 2265 was not available getting error but IB page in 2268 was same as 2265 great.

Still have the same problem had upgraded to a version above 2300 and lose 50% of prices on TWS. Went back to ver 2260 and TWS pages are fine no ??? all over the page. I had tried many combinations of the TWS and API thinking it was IB issue. No matter what I do with IB if I change to SC ver 2260-2265 the pages are fine. |
