Hi I am sorry if this is already answered. I have looked everywhere - my DOM is only showing one pending order instead of 10 on the bids and offers can you please help |

You are not signed up for an exchange that includes Market Depth Data. You can change your exchange selections here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed Just keep in mind that you will pay the full amount for the exchange for the remainder of the month. For example, if you activate an exchange today, you will pay the full amount for the exchange to get the data until the end of June. Then you will pay the full amount again on July 1 to get the data for July. Therefore, you may want to wait until the first of the month to add any exchanges.
