Hi folks, im hoping you guys can help. Im setup with AMP which in turn have set me up with a CQG account. Im now setup on the advanced package with Sierra, 36USD a month. I have followed the Sierra help instructions and linked my sierra platform to my CQG account. That seems to have sync ok. So now im trying to get some real time date feed. Im trying to load the crude oil symbol on the NYMEX -Symbol: F.US.CLEQ21, however im only getting the daily and weekly price and no intra day prices? do i need to get an add-on to my Sierra package to enable the intra day feed e.g NYMEX with market depth for nonprofessional trading accounts"? |

We see that you now have the NYMEX with Market Depth for NonProfessionals activated. Are you still having an issue at this time?

yes, im still have issues, for my service should i be using "CQG WED API" as i want to link to my broker through sierra or should i be using "SC Data All Services"? regards, Conor. |

Your Service should be set to CQG WebAPI and then under the Common Settings tab the option for Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds should be set to Yes. Let us know if this is how you are setup and you should be getting real-time data for symbols on the NYMEX, including CL.
