Problem downloading SC Intraday Futures Data

I am trying to get data for symbol NQH4 from Jan 1st 2014 onwards. However, only 30 days of data is being downloaded. I have set the Max Days to Download at 120. How can I get the full data?

I downloaded the new version with only the SC Historical data. Set the 1 Tick data to 120 days. But yet it is only going back 30 days. Please advise.

Also make sure you use the symbols ESH14. The year must be two digits.
