Hi, I have a live funded account with AMP futures and I am connected through the CQG platform. I have the Sierra chart order routing service and the Denali Real-Time data as well. My data package is the CME Market Depth and I am having trouble displaying the symbol F.US.ENQU21 in real-time. I keep getting delayed only and it tells me that the symbol is unknown even though I retyped it manually to ensure that it was the correct format. All the other symbols work just fine and can be traded.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog We will then determine what the problem is. How do you conclude the data is delayed? The log indicates the request is for real-time data for that symbol. I just logged in and the data is working fine now; sorry about that. Just after I sent the log info, I received with a message log that my connection was interrupted, but I didn’t pay much attention to it and now that I reconnected it is working properly.
