Hi there,
I've checked I have the correct permissions.
My ES market depth indicator works well and I have it set up to how I like.
I duplicated the chart and then changed the market to the Nasdaq emini and there is no data displayed at all.
I understand they have different amounts of contracts traded and resting on different levels, but I would have thought that there wasn't anything in the market depth settings that would eradicate how the data is now displayed.
Also the levels being displayed (or not on the Nasdaq seems quite narrow in comparison to the ES. I have 400 levels selected (a random number but a large one) and the Nasdaq doesn't display anything near this. Again I know the market is thinner but there is no activity showing up at all. I have included screenshots of the two charts to show what I mean, along with screenshots of my market depth set up.
Any help to figure out what has gone wrong would be greatly appreciated.

Regards,

Bootsy

Your problem is simply that you are using Actual Values for the Threshold Levels and you did not adjust those to reflect the change in the NASDAQ (they should be more like 10, 20, 30 for the NASDAQ).
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:

I know I'm not supposed to reply but thanks so much! This has really got me thinking about the ES settings as well.
