Charts data feed freezing

Sometimes when im trading the chart is freezing and the data feed stops, happened this week with e-mini and oil charts... in order to make the charts work again I had to close and open the plataform... Im using denali data feed, data/feed services "SC Data - All Services" How can I fix this problem? |

Definitely do not close and reopen Sierra Chart. That is completely unnecessary. You may have some connectivity issue at the time. I have exactly the same problem with CME NYMEX products. EUREX works perfectly. Tried to use help from topic 3.4 and 4 without any success. Do you suggest other solution?
