Hi SC, After the recent update, which caused a change in the ways we request historical data in Sierra, I am not able to get the cumulative OI for all futures contracts as mentioned in your documentation. neither is the gc# symbol working for gold historical continuous charts, as an example. could you please let me know what i maybe doing wrong? https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChart_RealTime_And_Historical_Symbols.php#Notes the setting field mentioned here for Cumulative OI: Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Download Total Volume for All Contracts for Futures Daily Data, doesnt exist in the newer installations too. |

You can no longer use the format "GC#" for continuous futures contracts. You need to use the newer method for creating a Continuous Futures Contract. Refer to the information here: Continuous Futures Contract Charts Once you have changed to the new method see if you are able to get the information you are looking for. In terms of the setting you reference, it is on the Data/Trade Service Settings Window. When you go to the Common Settings tab, you need to scroll the window down all the way and it is on the bottom of that window. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Sorry, apparently it was updated recently. Update to the latest release and you will see the option at the bottom of that window.
