I've been using Sierra Chart for quite a while now. I can't seem to solve the issue below: I'm using two chartbooks. Both Chartbooks have the /ES set at 500 ticks. Both chart settings are identical (same start time, end time, aggregation period, etc.). However, it seems that one chartbook is receiving more data/volume than the other, and as a result, the tick charts are not identical. Where should I look to troubleshoot this? |

Refer to the following: Differences With Data and Chart Bars Between Services / Connections / Chart Types For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

This was helpful. Thank you. I've reviewed Help Topic 43 and the corollary (47). I can only surmise that I am receiving incomplete data (or throttled data) from the data feed since all other settings are either set correctly or not applicable. I am using SC Data - All Services. Does this feed limit/throttle my data, and if so, how would I know? If not, what other solutions should I pursue, the differences (see .pngs) are not small. Thanks |

To provide some further detail here: When switching to the 15Min chart on both chartbooks: volume and price are identical (or close enough); however, tick count differs. Something doesn't seem right? Any suggestions? As always, appreciate your guidance. |

Apologies for the flood of messages. I found the reason for the difference and wanted to post an update. Under Chart Settings / Advanced Settings 3, one set of charts had "Combine Trades into Originial Summary Trade" activated (check mark). For whatever reason this difference was resulting in a huge discrepancy between the two charts. |
