Hello, I updated my service package to 12 the other day after trying it out a month or so ago. Everything worked fine a month ago and my DOM displayed orders on the various price levels. However, now I can not see any data on the DOM other than the basic bid ask for 1 price level. I have spent a few hours trying to solve this problem (updated sierra to current, and read all the instructions provided for setting up MBO). I cannot seem to figure out what is going on. I have tried this on the ES and NQ as well as micros, no change. My contracts are rolled over to current as well.

You need to be subscribed to an exchange option that includes the Market Depth data. Right now, you are not. You can change your exchange selections for the CME Group here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed

Once you have the above taken care of, then be sure you go through these instructions:
Market By Order Data: Step-by-Step Instructions

Just keep in mind that you can not get a refund for any exchange which has been activated, and you will be charged the full amount for the remainder of the month in which you activate an exchange (in other words, you will pay the full amount for the remaining 17 days of June and then charged again on July 1 for all of July).

Hi,

For some reason I have a similar issue except that I cannot see any MBO data. I can see the bid/ask depth, however after following the steps and adding the columns I dont see MBO data. The instrument im using is NQZ21-CME

In your case you need to change your Sierra Chart Service Package to 12:

To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.

Or go to this page:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation

You will need to login if you are not currently logged in.

In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button.

The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price.

There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted.

Your account has been activated and the usage time extended if necessary.

If Sierra Chart is running, it will automatically be activated within about three minutes. However, you may need to exit from the Sierra Chart charting and trading software by selecting "File >> Exit". And then open Sierra Chart through the icon on your desktop or through the desktop Start menu.

After your Sierra Chart usage time ends you need to pay for additional usage time through "Help >> Add Usage Credit".

You still do have to pay for exchange fees for real-time market data. They are listed here:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Supported Exchanges (Exchange Fees)

Delayed data is free.

Are you entering the Stock symbol with the "-NQTV" suffix? Without this, you are not getting the data from our NASDAQ TotalView exchange.

Are you getting regular Market Depth data properly?

Are you certain you have the correct columns displayed for the Market By Order data (Bid/Ask Market Orders Column)?

If the above are all correct, then please give us a screenshot of what you are seeing by following these instructions:

Hello, Yes I am following all instructions and getting BMO data during regular trading hours and extended hours but not receive after that. If this is normal then I am ok, however I will appreciate if you can guide how I can download and store MBO data?

We are not fully understanding. You state that "getting BMO data during regular trading hours and extended hours", which implies that you are getting it at all times, but then you state "but not receive after that" - what is this period where you are not receiving the MBO data?

If you are referring to when you are running a replay, then the MBO data is not available during a replay. The MBO data is not stored anywhere.
