Hello Sierra, I am trading e-mini S&P 500, symbols ES. When rolling over from ESH4 to ESM4 there was automatic adjustment by -7.25 points. Not only me thinks that adjustment should be -7.0 points based on CME difference in closing price. I know there is 7.25 difference betwen open/high, so it is argueable. So I wanted to adjust my charts back up by 0.25 points but is seems not working. I use date rule rollover, back adjusted setting - symbol following with [CB]. Should I try more or it is impossible to adjust this Continuous contract manually? Thanks. |

So I tried several times, but manual adjustment doesn't work for [CB] chart. I wouldn't like to add that tick mentally always when I set up my key levels etc. Is there any option to change back adjustment values? Or to adjust data myself? Could you make this possible, please? I want to sync with my trading partners and have same chart. I know there always could be different opinion on this for exact amount of difference between contracts. So customization for users of sierra chart would be nice, if they have different demand. Thank you. |

vegasfoster: I found the answer on that link. Thanks. For others: If you wanted to change ESH4 from -7.25 to -7.0, just open the ESH4 chart and adjust is plus 0.25. Then reload and recalcualte [CB] charts and everything will be fine. |

There is a much better way to do this. When the documentation is done we will link to it here. We do not recommend using Edit >> Adjust Data in the way that you are.
