Could Not Use The Trial Period

Hi, two weeks ago I registered for a trial period, but I could only use the software for a little while on that day, then I had to travel and just got back yesterday.

If you check your system log you gonna verify that this is true, the second time I ever tried to connect was today, but the trial was over.

Can you guys please reset the trial period for me?
