MBO Data missing and disconnecting

I use the Denali Data with SC/TT order routing and MBO is missing right now and I keep getting disconnected. One of the errors is "SC Data - All Services (Market Orders Data) | Market Orders data has been rejected for symbol: ESM21_FUT_CME. Market orders request for symbol ESM21 for service code cme failed due to the given SymbolID not matching the existing ID for the request. | 2021-06-08 09:43:35.186 " Is this a problem with my setup or server side right now? I had not seen this problem in the past but I have only used the platform a handful of times so far. Thank you for the awesome software, huge upgrade from what I came from. |

Update, I disconnected manually and re-connected, and the issue seems to have been solved. I assume there was some server side issues going on temporarily. If there is anything I need to do to help, or reduce the chances of this happening, please let me know. Thank you. |

The one thing we still want you to do is select the option Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. From the error you quoted, it sounds like you may have another ES symbol in a chart or quote board somewhere that requested the MBO data and then the other symbol (ESM21_FUT_CME).
