Trouble Accessing real time Futures-ASX contract data

Hello I have just switched over from TT to CQG for order routing, My data/trade service are now set up for CQG WEBAPI and it says it all connects fine When I go into symbols and go to futures-ASX and click the relevant futures contract it comes up saying symbol is unknown and download failed. I read on another post that by connecting to CQG the SPI200 futures data would end up working but obviously im doing something wrong. I was thinking maybe I need to sign up to the denali feed too but im not sure, Any help would be very much appreciated thankyou. |

You need to contact your broker and have them authorize your CQG account for historical data and for the exchange for that symbol.
