using rithmic tradingdata with oneuptrader and can only look from 2021-06-06 to 2021-06-07

Hello, I can't look in historical data/intraday data with the rithmic data from oneuptrader.com, i changed allot of my settings but it don't work. I deleted sierra charts and installed it again but it is still not working. i also installed the current version and i also installed the pre release version but still didnt work. If i look at the 1 hour chart i can only use market data from 2021-06-06 to 2021-06-07? Do i need to wait now 30 days to look 30 days back? Can you solve this problem please? |
