Hello, i am not receiving real-time feed from GLBX, which is what i have paid for. When i open my charts, i receive the following message: "Symbol is unknown. Click for symbol information. Already subscribed to symbol. New subscription rejected." Not sure what this means or how to resolve issue. |

Typically the message you are getting happens when you have a mix of symbols for the same instrument (such as EMS21 and ESM21-CME). Open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. That should take care of it for you. If not, then please let us know.
