problem with deleyed chart

Hello, I have problem with my deleyed data on Sierra Chart. I payed last week for Standard Package and now any chart isn't rounning. Before I used deleyed data with Standard Package. Can you tell me what shoud I do with that? Is that logging inssue? Kind regards Karolak |

Please update to the current release. There have been some changes with the historical data that are probably impacting what you are seeing. Let us know if you have any issues after you update. Thank you, I downloaded the newest version, but still YM and 6E aren't running. 6B, CL and GC charts seem to be fine. Before I used account "Karolak" not "D.W.Karolak" saved on this email. Is that possible that the problem is because of that? Maybe wold be possible to transfer the Standard Package on previous log? While I open YM chart I see this message attached below in jpg.
