Issue with Chart Restoration

Hello, I have charts that are detached. When I attach them back to the main window, the chart will maximize. The issue occurs when I attempt to restore the chart to its original size. The chart does not appear to be anywhere. However, I still see that the chart is present through the CW section, and the tab is also highlight below. Whenever I click on the tab, it maximizes, although I'm still unable to restore it to a smaller size.

Select it from the CW menu and then go to the Window menu and select Cascade, to bring it within the main window view. This is going to resize and reposition all of the charts though.
