I am only trading ES.

I have read the real-data texts.

I have PAID for Service Pack 5.

I have signed the CME documents and were approved.

I still DO NOT receive real time data.

I am using currently Ninja Trader & TD Ameritrade real time data, and I was able to set it up by myself but I cannot figure your system

Every paid system that I am aware of has customer service.

If you are not willing to help please refund my money.

First understand that CME real-time data access is complicated due to market data rules. You cannot have immediate access to this data. However, you can use the included delayed data. Are you at least receiving streaming delayed data for the ES futures?

The easiest solution, is to open another account with a different broker. This is what we recommend:

With all due respect, I currently have the ES real-time with NinjaTrader & ThinkorSwim, I got the access minutes after CME approved my request ...I really wanted to try Sierra Charts functionalities but it seems that the data is an issue. Interacting with the software is excellent since is user friendly and very straight forward. I do not plan to open an account with AMC, so please advise what my options are after I paid for the Service Package 5 & CME approved my request.

Those operate as brokerages and you have deposited money with them.

Sierra Chart is not a broker.

With ninja trader do you use CQG?


For market data in Sierra Chart you will need to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed:

You need to use Service Package 11 and we have changed it to that.
