Hallo, since Teletrader and Sierrachart canceled working together I am trying to use Sierra Chart Historical delayed Data (SC Data - All Services) until I have found a new Datafeed. But after making the appropriate changes according to the Link below it is not possible to find any Stock. Search Symbol or by Description via Find Symbol - Stocks - Exchange - Insert Stock name or Symbol does not show me any information. Sierra Chart Historical Data Service Any Idea what can be the cause? |

You cannot search for stocks in this case. You just need to manually enter the symbols. Thank you for reply. That is exactly what I am doing but nothing happens. I do the same steps like I am doing since I am a customer. Just now after Cancellation of Teletrader Datafeed and returning to SC Data -All Services nothing happens with these same steps. The only things I have changed are: 1.) change Datafeed settings to SC Data - All Services 2.) Update Sierra Chart to the newest Version thats all. |

What is one of the symbols you are entering for which you are not getting any data? We need the exact symbol as you are entering it on the Find Symbol page.

I found the solution. When did that change? Now I need to click directly on "Open Chart" insteadt of confirming the correct Symbol like I did prior. Looks like problem solved. Thank you for your time and kind regards |

This did not change. The ability to search for an equity symbol has always been limited to the Sierra Chart data feeds.
