Hi there, I have a funded AMP account with a CQG login. I do not want to use SC for real time trading. Is it possible to just use my AMP account with SC for REAL TIME DATA only. As when I connect to Tradingview with my CQG AMP login I get this message on SC. Connection error message from service: CQG WebAPI | Received - LoggedOff message. Reason: Your session was closed due to a concurrent session. I do not want to use SC for trading only data. Thanks |

Yes, you can do what you want. You just need to disconnect all other connections to CQG and connect your Sierra Chart to your CQG account once a month in order to verify that you have a live, funded, futures trading account for the CME Group. Refer to the information here: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees In terms of the connection to CQG, you would follow these instructions: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

AMP also advised me that I could create a sub account within AMP and have my "old" account connected to SC and my new sub account connected to Tradingview. Just to confirm, is this also possible? Thanks |

Actually, if you are with AMP, then we have a new method to verify your account where you will not need to connect once a month to verify your account. Refer to the instructions here: Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement: Instructions For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
To post a message in this thread, you need to log in with your Sierra Chart account:
