live data not working, please fix asap symbol is unknown..... real-time data instrument F.U.S.FDXM (corresponding to ID =1) are not allowed error downloading historical intrday data for F.US.FDXM (corresponding to ID 1) is not allowed. The reason for this is that your broker did not renew your data feed with CQG. You will need to talk to your broker about this. well I have $348 USD credit in my account, so there should be no reason for them to do that. I will follow up and sort this out. If they can't offer me a reasonable explanation then I/m covering over. Is you live data more reliable and cost effective than CQG? Regards Robert |
