For some reason my last month's exchanges fees are not available i had the $10.40 and $3.25 exchanges I want to trade the us open in 45 min |

Hi, I was able to find a link to reactivate my old subscriptions but when I went to the add exchange page I was not given the option to add the non professional exchange rate options. I just checked again, on the exchange fees page it shows my current non professional fee active exchanges but it does not give me the option to add other exchanges such as CBOT as a non professional. Can you please check on this so if it happens again in the future. Please let me know when its been fixed. Thank you |

It sounds like you went to the "Recurring Services" page, which gives you the information on what you have currently activated and what may have recently deactivated. That would only show the two exchanges that were recently deactivated.
