i added funds and have hit restart account thing and logged out and back in multiple times but charts seem to be lagging behind by around 10 mins compared to my dastrader data feed?

You extended your Service Package, but the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed did not renew today since you did not have enough funds in your Sierra Chart account to automatically renew. You will need to add enough funds to cover the costs for the data feed fee and the exchange fee and then reactivate them.
