I need to figure out how to apply saved tpo charts settings to analyze a new stock chart.

There are a few options. 1. Saved study defaults. Refer to the following: Chart Studies: Using Custom Default Study Settings 2. Study Collections. This would probably work best for what you are doing. Refer to the following: Study Collections 3. Copy chart with TPO and change symbol.
