Also you said there was a video for the enhanced sim trader - where would I find that?

There is no account you have on the old simulated trading service documented here:
Simulated Futures Trading Service

So there is nothing to transfer.

We did not produce a video due to the fact that the interfaces have been changing and the video would become out of date. All the documentation you need is currently here:
