My account does not allow me to place live trades

After a period of several months on the simulator I have decided to place live trades - but my SC account does not action the trades. The error message I get is: "Trade order Error - cannot submit non-simulated order when in Trade Simulation Mode. Internal Order ID: 1263. Service Order ID (non). Symbol F.US.CLEN21. Account: 139716" Can you advise me on how to correct the issue so I can place live trades please |
