I'm trying to display the Price candlesticks at top of chart, along with the Cumulative Delta & NYSE at the bottom of chart. What do I need to Hide/Remove to display it that way?

We assume that you are really asking why aren't your candlesticks for the ES showing at the top?

There are a number of possible reasons, so you will need to figure out what you did. The first is to check Chart >> Graph Draw Type and make sure this is set to something other than Blank. Refer to the following for more information:
Chart Menu: Graph Draw Types (Chart menu)

If that does not solve it, then most likely you selected the option in one of your studies for Display as Main Price Graph. You would need to go through your studies one by one to find out which one is set this way if it was done by accident. Refer to the following:
Chart Studies: Settings and Inputs Tab >> Display As Main Price Graph

Another possibility, although we do not see it in the image, is that the Main Price Graph has been moved to a different region. Refer to the following:
Chart Settings: Chart Region (List) (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Regions >> Chart Region menu)

I did all those, Chart Graph type is on Candlesticks, the VBP was selected as Display Main Graph( I just unchecked it), and the Main Price Graph region is set to 1. It still displaying like the attached pic.

If I do a regular candle chart with the CDV study, how do I add the NYSE Tick?

Once you unchecked the option for Display as Main Price Graph of the VbP, then you should have your Candlesticks showing again. Select the Insert key on your keyboard to force a reload of the chart and see if things are back to normal.

Another possibility we just thought of is the fill space, if it is too large, then you may not be seeing your bars due to this. Refer to the following:
Chart Menu: Lock Fill Space (Chart menu)

----------

The easiest way to add the NYSE Tick is to use the Add Additional Symbol study. Refer to the following:
Add Additional Symbol

The problems is that you are displaying multiple studies in the same region where those studies have widely different scales. In particular, you have Horizontal lines at +200.0 and -200.0, whereas the TICK-NYSE (at least at the most recent bar) has values of Open:40, High:54, Low:14, Close:40.

Start by hiding any other studies in Region 3 and make sure the Add Additional Symbol for the TICK-NYSE is showing properly, then add the other studies paying attention to how they are scaled to ensure your TICK-NYSE is the primary driver. In other words, you may want to set the other studies to have a scale of Independent or Same as Region. Refer to the information here:
Chart Scale and Scale Adjusting: Scale Range (Scale Settings)
