say im running a 30min footprint chart, is there a way to plot the delta for the number bar levels for the current bar only? so if i have say 8 "bars" on the current 30min number bar, can i plot the delta for each of those 8 bars of the current 30min bar? sorry if that sounds confusing but hopefully pic attached helps

There is not a way to do what you are asking just for the current bar. But you can add a second column of data for the Numbers Bars that show the Delta at each price level. Refer to the following:
Numbers Bars: Column # Numbers Bars Text

Probably the best way to accomplish what you are looking for would be to add VbP to the right that will just give the information for the last bar. To do this, add a Volume by Price study and set the following:
- Ticks per Volume Bar: 1
- Volume Graph Period Type: One Period Based on Bar Count
- Number of Bars for 'Based on Bar Count': 1
- Maximum Volume Bar Width Percentage: 1
- Right Align Volume Bars: Yes
- Display Volume in Bars: Ask Volume - Bid Volume (or other delta of your choice)
- Bid Volume and Ask Volume Coloring Method: None
- Align to Far Right: Yes
