Hello

I have two different trading accounts, Data Feed and PC, but one Sierra Chart Package 5. Is it possible and how can I connect on two different PC the same Sierra Chart account, but with a different trading account?

Thanks for the answer.

Sierra Chart is built to allow you to run the software on multiple computers at the same time. By default, you are allowed two separate computers at the same time, but you can increase that number by paying an additional fee for up to 4 computers.

The one thing to be aware of is the data feed. If you are getting the data from the trading services for each account and we support those services, then there should not be an issue. Just install the two separate Sierra Chart installations and connect each to your trading/data service and off you go. Let us know if you need to be pointed to the Setup Instructions for a particular trading service.

But if you need to get the data from us, then for the CME Group and EUREX data, you would need to pay for a second exchange fee to get the data to both computers at the same time. Refer to the information here:

I did exactly how you said.

Now I run Sierra only on two PC with two different data feed, but I still reieve this message log on the my second connection, even when data feed is different.

What can be the problem?

Your Sierra Chart account which you have logged into this Support Board with is expired. So we know what Sierra Chart account you are using, go to Help >> Support Board from within the Sierra Chart desktop program and then post in this thread telling us this is done.

Or, if this is the account you are trying to use, then the problem is that your account is expired and you need to add Usage Time.
