setting to only show one profile for each day - i see two

when i load TPO/Volume profile chart, i always get 2 TPOs for each day, both always in split format. i then have to manually click Reset All Profiles to standard profiles. I know that i have evening session turned off. is there a setting to not show two profile for each day? please see the screen shot |

Just for clarification, they are not both split format TPOs. The two TPOs you are seeing are one in Standard Format and the other in Split Format. When you do the reset, you are then getting rid of the Split Format one. But, as to why you are getting both of these when you add a TPO is odd. We are not able to reproduce this. Can you please get us that one chart in a Chartbook so we can see if we can reproduce this. Right click on a TPO and select the option "Reset All Profiles to Standard Profile". Honestly, we have no idea why you are getting the two profiles. When we looked at your Chartbook previously, we are only getting the one profile.

The one thing we would want you to try is to reset the Defaults for the TPO study. Go to the Settings window for the study and select the button for Reset Defaults at the bottom of that page. Let us know if this resolves it for you. Also, we are curious, are you putting a "new" TPO profile on different charts and seeing the same thing, with both the standard and expanded profiles? Or are you copying a chart and then changing the symbol, and if so, when is the TPO changing? Release 2268 Yes, there is a problem here. The "reset TPO chart" command doesn't works anymore like in the past when it reset TPO profiles to the standard view. Now it remember the last selection of " Letters/Blocks In Own Column - All Profiles" or Letters/Blocks In Own Column And Standard Profile - All Profiles" The mouse right click shortcut "Reset All Profiles To Standard Profile View" reset all to the standard profile but is very uncomfortable because every time you need a right click, please add this command to the menu so we can put it in a control bar button.
