You have not followed all the instructions. Please finish the Setup Instructions for the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group data starting at this point: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Activate the Exchanges: The CME Group (Denali Exchange Data Feed Setup Instructions) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

We have a lot of support to get through and we point people to the documentation that contains the information on how to resolve their issue. Otherwise, we would simply be posting the same information into the thread. It is by no means a matter of "I don't care, here...". It is giving the correct information for what needs to be done in order to resolve the issue. If you follow through the rest of the instructions as we posted, then you will have your data and you will be fine. There isn't anything more than needs to be said. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

But I set this up properly the first time around. I shared screen shot with you about the package I have. Why do I need another exchange package?

There are two fees associated with the data feeds from Sierra Chart. The first is the data feed fee itself. For the Denali Exchange Data Feed, this is included with the Package selection, whereas with the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, it is an item that is billed separately. These fees cover our costs of developing and maintaining the data feed. The second is the cost of the exchange itself. This money all goes to the exchange. Therefore, it is necessary that you activate the data feed (which you have done by activating Package 11) and that you select the Exchange(s) for which you want the data. The Setup Instructions walk you through this entire process. Therefore, you need to go through the instructions starting at the following point: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Activate the Exchanges: The CME Group (Denali Exchange Data Feed Setup Instructions) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
