I seem to be stuck on a step to activate my real time data. I have connected SC to IngteractiveBrokers to confirm my account. I have selected and paid for an account with Denali real time data (Package 10). I have selected the CME 3.25 a month option (which I also pay at TradingView). It keeps asking me to go back and select a paid subscription package, which I already have. I have spent a couple hours on it this morning and don't know what else to do? Thanks Joal |

In order to activate the Denali Exchange Data Feed, you have to be on Package 10, 11, or 12. Right now, you are still on the Trial, so you can not get the real-time data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed. You have set your account to be Package 10 when it comes up for renewal on June 6, 2021. In order to get it to Package 10 immediately, you would need to have enough funds in your account and then go to the following link and select the button for Update and Renew Now.
