Dear Support Can you tell me why for example the data settings for the UK100 has a default (on-load) start time of 11AM? Computer is UTC so not sure why this is so especially as I'm pretty sure the default was always 00:00 - 23:59:59? Has there been any changes to these settings and if so for which symbols. These question currently relate to FXCM data although I will soon be moving to SC/Denali. Thank you. |

We do see that the default symbol settings for the UK100 is not correct. We will get to this as soon as we can. Note that you can make the change on your Symbol Settings right away by modifying the symbol through Global Settings >> Global Symbol Settings.
