I was doing a update to my sierra chart, and when the installer program was done and sierra should start up it just quits immediately. And I got this error: INITIALIZATION ERROR: Error creating the alert manager object. If you need more help, contact Sierra Chart Support for assistance

Actually we realize, because you cannot start Sierra Chart you cannot use the standard update instructions. Use this link:
