I'm trying to place the ADX Study on top/combine of the Study just beneath it. How so?

We assume you are asking how to put the two studies in the same region and have them show up at about the same levels. To do this, you would need to have one study set to a scale of Automatic and the other would have a scale of Independent. Refer to the information here:

I was able to combined into same region, how do I get the numbers on the right to display the ADX number range instead of the other indicators number range?

The numbers on the right are going to come from the first study found in the list of studies that are in that region. Therefore, you would need to move the ADX study up higher in the list if you want to display those values in the right-side scale. Or, ensure that only the ADX study is set to "Automatic" for its scaling, and the others in that region are set to "Independent". Refer to the following:
