Cancel All and Flatten Buttons Ignored from Toolbar

Hi Folks-

Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but a toolbar button for "Cancel All Across All Accounts" does exactly what I'd expect. It cancels all orders across all accounts.

But Cancel All and Flatten seem to have no effect.

Version 2261.

Have not checked previous versions.

See if there is any message added to the Window >> Message Log or Trade >> Trade Service Log, when you use that command button giving a reason for the issue.

Message log says "Enable trading keyboard shortcuts with ..."

But this is not necessary when pressing Cancel All button on trade window.

It is necessary for those Control Bar buttons.

You can enable them from the Trade menu.

Cancel All Across All Accounts seems to do the same thing without the shortcuts enabled.

(I use one sim account and one trading account).

Is there any reason I shouldn't just use this without the keyboard shortcuts enabled?
