Yesterday and today I am having the problem that I am connected to the trade service, DOM and last price in the scales (right side of charts) are updating normally, but the charts (HL charts) are frozen, wont update. Sierrachart/Denali/CQG. Any solution?? I tried deleting and downloading data, didnt help. I have the CQG feed on my backup notebook (allow support for SC data feeds "no"), no problems there, seems to be a Denali problem? Update: Denali is working on my backup notebook. On my main PC, I now changed the SC timezone, from brussels back to chicago, and charts are updating again. When the problem occured, I had SC and my PC both set to brussels, european time. Why is that a problem? Date Time Of Last Edit: 2021-05-21 14:33:53

Unless you are paying for two connections with the Denali data feed make sure only one computer is connected at a time. I have always been paying for 2 connections. As I said above, changing the time zone fixed it, but I still would like to know what the problem is

We do not know what the problem was. The timezone should not impact the data. Without the Message Log from that time, we can not say what might have happened. The best thing to do is to see if you have a problem again, and then get us your Message Log from that time. I am still having the same problem. As long as time zone is set to Chicago everything works. When I change to Brussels, DOM and highlighted last price (scale on the right side of chart) update normally, but the charts freeze and stop updating. I just checked several time zones: Starting with Chicago and going east, all time zones work until I change to my own time zone, Brussels, thats where charts freeze... |

So now all of a sudden charts are updating again with Brussels time zone. But there is a gap with missing data that can not be reloaded. If I switch back to any other time zone earlier than Brussels, everything is ok again. Very strange. My backup notbook has the CQG data feed. I just switched to Denali, no problems on the backup machine, charts updating normally there with time zone set to Brussels... |

CanĀ“t see any solution there. And this problem only occurs with Brussels time zone, and some of the time zones further east. I only need to change settings to any time zone earlier than my own, and charts are

Ok I found the problem. Before the session times were Chicago trading hours and time zone settings were set to Chicago also. Changing time zone to Brussels caused the problem. Now I changed session times back to 00:00:00 start and 23:59:59 end time, everything ok again. stupid me...
