Hi, got problem with SC Real-Time Data Feed today. When connecting to datafeed, orange window appears and read Symbol is Unknown. In log I can see: Symbol Error - ES-201403-GLOBEX is unknown, unavailable, or improperly formatted. Exchange not authorized. | 2014-03-12 13:59:51 Symbol Error - NQ-201403-GLOBEX is unknown, unavailable, or improperly formatted. Exchange not authorized. | 2014-03-12 13:59:51 Symbol Error - YM-201403-ECBOT is unknown, unavailable, or improperly formatted. Exchange not authorized. | 2014-03-12 13:59:51 Exchanges CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Futures are activated in my account. When switch to IB datafeed, everything is OK. Does First Real-time data connection. means I cannot connect to SC datafeed from different computers (and different IPs). One computer at a time? No concurrent connections? Thx |

This is now resolved. We apologize for this. There was a backend authorization issue that occurred from the data provider, Barchart that we work with. They have been notified of it. The problem is now solved. You will need to reconnect to the data feed by selecting File >> Disconnect. And File >> Connect to Data Feed.
