You have not completed all of the steps to get the Denali Exchange Data Feed setup. Make sure you go through all of the Setup Instructions starting here: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* You will have to pay for the exchange fees above and beyond the cost for Package 12. We can not say exactly the cost as there are a number of options and it depends on what data you will need. Just be sure you select an exchange that includes Market Depth data, otherwise you will not get the MBO data either.
