Hello. i have 2 questions on using FXCM with Sierra Chart; 1) i currently use Sierra with Transact on a computer. If i create another instance of Sierra on the SAME device to use with FXCM , would i have used up my 2 instance allowance? 2) If i open an OCO trade while using FXCM with Sierra and later close down Sierra after the order has been filled, will my order still be active? If i later reopen Sierra, would my order still be active (assuming my Stop loss hasn't been hit)? Thanks |

We do not support trading with FXCM. We have LMAX available if you want to use them. 1. As long as it is on the same computer it does not count towards the Sierra Chart software instance allowance. The data feeds, on the other hand, are handled differently, although it does not have an impact on the Forex Data. 2. Refer to the information for LMAX server managed orders here: LMAX Trading Service: What is Included For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Thanks but your team recently setup my account with FXCM...Could you pls explain what you mean by 'you do not support trading with FXCM' as i am a little confused? You actually have a page on your site showing how to use Sierra with them!

An exception was made in your case. In general, it is no longer supported.

Server managed OCO and Bracket orders are supported, although you should also verify this with FXCM. Therefore, if you enter an order, it will be held on the server, unless it is specifically a client order. When it is held on the server, it does not matter if your Sierra Chart software is running or not. The order is handled by the server that is always running. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
