Sierra closes socket on delayed data

I occasionally (a few times a day) stop receiving data. I see this in the log: Triggering next historical data download in queue. | 2021-05-17 13:24:26.277 No download requests in the queue to start downloads for. | 2021-05-17 13:24:26.277 Socket (2) | Socket gracefully closed by remote side. | 2021-05-17 13:24:26.331 Socket (2) | Closed. | 2021-05-17 13:24:26.331 Opened cached Intraday file: C:\SierraChart\Data\ESM21-CME.scid. Thread ID: 12624 | 2021-05-17 13:24:26.371 This is quite a problem. I am testing intraday strategies and concerned that if I go live this will happen to me in the middle of a trade. That particular section of the log is not a problem. When you do have a problem, then we would need to get your log file showing the issue you had at that moment.
