can't execute or send orders

I'm trying to place orders and nothing is happening. When I click the buy/sell button on the trade window, nothing happens and if I try to right click on the screen to place orders, nothing happens. I contacted TransAct and they placed an order for me and I could see it, but I can't execute from my screen. I've tried shutting down the program a few times and even rebooted my computer.
Please assist.

Talked with customer and they had "Trading Locked". We unlocked trading and he was fine.
