You can get us your Message Log and there might be some information in there, but offhand we would say that you probably need to ask IB about this. Follow these instructions to get us your Message Log: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". This morning the feed started working ... not sure what the problem was ... I think it was a symbol mismatch that IBKR fixed... thanks for your efforts
